Every two weeks you will meet with your fellow EDP trainees in sharing your experiences and learning leadership and presentation skills from our Learning and Development team. Every quarter, you will attend the Executive Speaker Series where you will hear an executive or team present on the projects they are currently working on. You will continue to learn every day as you work through problems and projects. Supplemental learning courses are always just clicks away via our virtual Talent Center.
